In the Ashtanga Primary Series I will go point by point through every single posture, breaking down each movement and pose in terms of technique, alignment and anatomy so that you may perform these postures safely and effectively. You will establish a solid foundation to confidently bring with you into the intermediate Second Series. The Second Series will continue to develop your physical fitness and mental clarity as you deepen your backbends, hip openers, and inversions.

She is one of a select group of people to receive the Certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. In this Ashtanga Primary Series, I will go point by point through every single posture, breaking each posture down in terms of technique, alignment and anatomy in order that you may perform these postures safely and effectively. While some poses may seem difficult at first, they are suitable for all levels. Modifications are provided for beginners. I have also included a full length 80-minute Ashtanga Primary Series Practice so that you practice the poses that you're learning in a traditional Yoga Flow.

I want to inspire people to find their yoga path, their inner devotion and their spiritual lineage. I received this method of practice like a gift, like a family heirloom that was passed onto me. Ashtanga is a traditional branch of Yoga and a true method of spiritual transformation. In this series you will deepen your strength and flexibility, improve circulation, detoxify your body, and calm your mind so that you can achieve every pose in the Second series safely and effectively. Included is 8 hours of content across 13 videos and a full length practice to work the edge of what you believe is possible in your Yoga practice as well as within your mind.

This series is intended for those who have completed my Primary series or can be considered an Intermediate to Advanced yogi who has inversions and backbends.
