About the Bundle

This three-part series provides expectant mommas with everything needed to continue a safe and strong yoga practice throughout every stage of pregnancy.

Each Prenatal Glow plan consists of three to four hours of flow classes, stretching sequences and safety videos filled with trimester-specific modifications that thoughtfully address the variety of physical and emotional changes experienced in each trimester of pregnancy.

Every class is led by Briohny, a prenatal certified yoga teacher who maintained a strong yoga practice throughout both of her pregnancies. Her friends, Sheena and Grace, are introduced in the second and third trimester programs so you can see and follow the special modifications as your belly grows.

Your yoga practice can be a key way to find balance amidst the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout your pregnancy. This is a time to listen to your body and to stay healthy to set yourself up for the healthiest pregnancy, birth, and smooth recovery.

Briohny is best known for her love of inversions and arm balances. She shared her passion with over 8 million viewers in her Equinox videos "The Contortionist" and "The Balancing Act," which sparked significant conversation in and around the yoga community. Her dedication to her practice shines through in her signature Fit Flow classes; a blend of fun and invigorating flow and eye opening alignment instruction.

Briohny was a child pop star in Asia with a platinum album by the age of 13. In 1999, after years of Anorexia and Bulimia, she found Yoga in Thailand as a way to practice self-care and begin a journey towards good health. After the birth of her daughter in 2004, she decided to embark on the life long journey of sharing her passion for Yoga. Briohny mentored with Annie Carpenter and Lisa Walford at YogaWorks and is certified 500 E-RYT.

Briohny has shared her journey and story as a contributing writer for MindBodyGreen, ElephantJournal, The Huffington Post, and QBlog. She has graced the cover of Women's Health Thailand, Yoga Journal Thailand, and LA Yoga.

In this third and final installment of Prenatal Glow, Briohny teaches mommas in their third trimester how to use yoga in a safe and mindful way to create space in their body and prepare for the arrival of their little one.

With Briohny and her friend Grace you will flow through safe and supportive movements and sequences that honor where you are in your pregnancy. A great addition to birthing classes, these videos will help you be as prepared as possible both mentally and physically for the birthing experience.
