To build your true strength, we focus on every aspect of strength with highly targeted movement complexes. True Strength Evolution utilizes a combination of dynamic movement, static strength, stability, endurance, and flexibility. Each workout works all these areas simultaneously by combining dynamic movement complexes with static holds, taking each complete muscle group to exhaustion and then switching to a new muscle group or using deep long stretches in places where you would need rest. This maximizes the workout and minimizes the amount of time it takes to achieve the best results.

True Strength Evolution (TSE) is a progressive plan of 15 videos divided into 3 levels. TSE 1 starts you on this journey by working you through intelligent movement complexes that use variations of yoga based poses to work deep into all areas of strength, endurance and flexibility. As you progress up to TSE 2 and 3, you’ll notice that the movement complexes begin to evolve, the reps are higher and holds are longer. Every level is a little more challenging than the last but you’ll feel stronger and ready push your limit to the edge! These workouts are hard but they are fun! And at the end of every workout, you’re going to feel amazing!

I made this program accessible to everyone. You don’t have to know how to do arm balances or inversions to complete this program. All that you have to do is show up and do your best!

Dylan grew up in the mountains of Southern California, where at an early age he was into fitness, movement, extreme sports, and nature. At 18, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an aircraft firefighter, and also wrestled for the All-Marine wrestling team. After one tour of duty in the Iraqi war, Dylan was honorably discharged and returned to California to attend university, where he studied anatomy and emergency medicine. Dylan spent eight years working as a paramedic; four years on an ambulance and another four years as a full-time firefighter/paramedic.

Dylan was first introduced to yoga in 2001 as a part of his martial arts training, but it wasn't until 2009 when he made the yoga practice a part of his daily life and started to understand the true journey of the yogi.

Since 2011, Dylan has been teaching yoga. Though a lover of movement, handstands, arm balances and creative sequencing, his focus is the integration of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence to create a space to deepen the inner connection.

In 2015, Dylan gave up his home in California to travel and teach workshops, teacher trainings, festivals, and retreats. He has taught in over 60 countries and more than 400 workshops or events. He is passionate about spreading his love for yoga and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey.

This plan will make you strong! When you push yourself to the limit, to where you don't think you can go any further – but then you DO – that is what changes you. That is how you evolve – and how you will discover your true strength.

True Strength Evolution 1 is a fitness program designed to take you to the brink of your ability and teach you how to go even one step further. I took everything that was great about the original True Strength series and made it better. This complete 6-stage workout will maximize the development of your strength, flexibility and endurance – all within thirty minutes!

In each stage you’ll work strength and endurance until you reach absolute exhaustion. When you hit that point, you’ll move to a different muscle group so you are always pushing your limit. Between each stage, you’ll work into deep flexibility, increasing your range of motion and decreasing muscle resistance, while providing time to recuperate and get you ready for the next stage of strength and endurance movements.

This plan is challenging but the movements are designed to be accessible to everybody, which is why there are no arm balances or freestanding handstands.

True Strength Evolution (TSE) 2 is the second level of the 3-part TSE series. All of the movements in this level remain extremely accessible, but include higher reps and longer holds. If you can do a TSE 1 workout, you are ready to push yourself in TSE 2. Not only are you going to be proud of how you look, how you feel, how much stronger and more flexible that you become, but these workouts are fun. You are going to be looking forward to stepping onto your mat every day.

This level introduces over 30 new complexes to keep your workouts fun as well as targeting new areas of the body as we work through new variations of planks, chaturangas, block work, wall work, and dynamic and static strength work. Between complexes, instead of simply resting to recuperate, we work into deep flexibility, exploring multiple stretching modalities, such as dynamic stretching, active static stretching, yin style and PNF stretching, while your exhausted muscles are resting and you’re still working hard at getting more flexible.

The goal is that at the end of the workout, you’re not only stronger, fitter and more flexible but you feel great about who you are and what you accomplished! When you complete these workouts, everything your body needs is completed in 30 minutes and you feel amazing.

True Strength Evolution (TSE) 3 is the pinnacle of the 3-part TSE series. This is the best way to get strong with only a Yoga mat, a set of blocks and a wall. These workouts are challenging, but also incredibly fun!

We take everything that we've learned through TSE 1 and 2 and build upon it with longer holds, higher reps, more volume, and more difficult movements. I am going to push you to your absolute limit. But it’s when you get to that point when you say I want to quit and you keep going, that’s when you physically and mentally get stronger - that’s when you evolve.

You will learn to recruit both larger and smaller muscle groups, to move and control your body, and to have the intelligence to take your body into positions that you never could before. When you have strength, flexibility and endurance the possibilities of what you can do with your body are unlimited.
