How It Works

  1. Log your workouts on our website, or via our iPhone, iPad, hashtag your workouts with #22ForYou
  2. Every workout you log is one entry to win prizes (max 1 entry per day), and moves the entire community closer to reaching our collective community goal of 15,000 workouts.
  3. Each time the Cody community hits a goal benchmark, new prizes will be unlocked, and winners will be chosen at random.

    If the Cody community has logged 15,000 workouts with #22ForYou by January 22nd, all the prizes will be unlocked and awarded!

It takes 21-days to make a habit and 22 days to set that habit in motion! Starting January 1st, join the Cody community as we make self-care a routine with daily doses of quick workouts, mindful meditations, or group classes with the #22ForYou Challenge! Join the challenge by logging every workout, meditation, or other mindful moments (even a conscious breath counts) on Cody with #22ForYou through January 22nd. Share your workouts, cheer each other on, and win prizes!
