Grab a set of light weights for this Pilates class that will fully exhaust your arm muscles. You’ll also incorporate some lower-body movements while lifting your weights to get the most out of this 10-minute exercise. Prepare yourself for Tricep Dips, Dumbbell Rows, Arm Circles, and Tricep Push-Ups to activate and tire out your arms.
