Go with the flow and learn three different ways to vinyasa: Cobra variation, Upward Dog variation, and double or triple-dipping to Upward Dog. In this beginner vinyasa yoga class, you will practice fluid flows that move in harmony with your breath and focus on proper form and technique to help prevent future injury. The poses are broken down step-by-step to help you learn the different ways to enter and exit, then you’ll put it all together in fluid alignment with your breath.
