DESCRIPTION

Wall-Assisted Romanian Deadlift

1. Stand tall facing away from the wall with a kettlebell in hand. Press your back foot into the wall.
2. Pull your armpit down to create tension down the side of your back and hinge forward.
3. Drive your hips back to stretch the hamstring of your working leg. Stand tall as you rise back up.
