I’ve built this training plan for the people who are ready to push through the end of a workout to get results. After almost every workout I do I finish with a core workout and that is exactly how I built this plan. This plan provides 5 ab routines (at 3 different Intensity levels : Rookie, PRO, Veteran) to complement your daily workouts. Base the intensity on your fitness level or the level of difficulty you are craving for that day.
Any of these routines would be great to add to the end of any workout, and because they are all so different, you will continuously be challenging your core by working different muscles. The method behind this madness is muscle confusion. In other words, don’t just sit in the gym doing the same crunch day after day, boring and not very effective. These routines provide numerous variations and moves that will shock your abs and provide the results you have been looking for.
