2. Toe Touch with a Twist - 10 reps (each way)
3. Rope Pull - 20 reps
4. Straight Leg Crunch- 15 reps (each leg)
5. **Negative Sit Ups - 5 x 5 seconds reps
6. Yoga Side Plank- 15 seconds ( each side)
7. Bicycle Abs - 20 reps

**On the negative sit ups, make sure you are going down as slow as possible. (should be at least for 5 seconds on each rep)
