About the Series

Build heat and core strength with this 7-day challenge designed to awaken your center and take you to your edge. These quick and intense workouts isolate, engage, and strengthen your core with both simple and complex movements. Perfect for the intermediate yogi, this series will complement and elevate your current workout routine by building strength through the entire core, increasing balance, and improving stability.

Each day is a 10-12 minute, nonstop core workout that progress in difficulty as you are introduced to new sets of strength-building abdominal exercises throughout the week. Beginning with basic and fundamental poses meant to engage your current strength, you will feel the burn after just one day of practice. As the series progresses, you will intensify movements through isolated core exercises and power drills designed to strengthen and engage all the major muscle groups within your core.

Building a strong and aligned core is crucial for endurance in any yoga practice, workout routine, or training regimen. This series is optimized to condition your core quickly and unleash its true ability. Be prepared to renew strength in your current practice and ignite a fire within to push your strength to the limit!

instructor Instructor profile

Born and raised in LA, Calvin grew up surrounded by a community submerged in yoga. His love for sports and the physical world led him to surfing and Jiu Jitsu and in his 20s he began practicing yoga. He felt an immediate connection to the practice, launching him into his current path as a teacher.

Calvin has over 500 hours of training with some of the best teachers in the world, including Vinnie Marino, Jenny Aurthur, Jesse Schein, Sharath Jois, and many more. This intentional, rigorous training has greatly influenced his well-rounded teaching style, which is a distinct blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.

Calvin’s classes will challenge you, make you sweat, and push you to the next level. They will open and strengthen your body all while bringing you to a state of peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
