DESCRIPTION

Improve your posture and create space from the back of your ribs to the back of your pelvis in this 30-minute sequence. You’ll stretch out your hips and back if those areas are particularly tense for you, and refine your alignment in each pose to better support your body. Practicing this flow regularly can help you avoid future injuries and better your posture over time.
