Upward-Facing Dog

After working cobra, the next progression is lifting up into upward-facing dog. This pose can be challenging, so you will move mindfully into the posture using a bolster and through practicing various drills. Take special note of how your low-back is feeling, and aim to move slowly and steadily through this practice.
