In this class, you will learn the essence of Vinyasa: the sun salutations. The sun salutations are the first portion of the Vinyasa practice. They build up the heat in the body, and are the perfect tool to warm up all the different parts of the body and to put the practitioner in a state of flow connecting breath and movement.
By repeating sun salutations daily, you can expect to feel incredible energy, calmness, and centeredness every day.
