Class 5: The Peak (Gatekeeper Poses)

DESCRIPTION

In terms of flexibility and strength, the “gatekeeper” poses in this class are the most challenging in the entire series. They will take a lot of practice, but they are so rewarding. These poses will test your resolve and make the body, mind, and will power stronger. As you repeat this class, keep patience in mind – remain steadfast in your study of the practice. One day’s struggle should not deter you from continuing, it should instill a fire to keep going.

My advice for this class: try your best, start with the first modification and progression I provide, and be consistent. With consistency, you will see subtle improvements over time, and you will gain the flexibility, strength, and skill to graduate from modification to modification, one day achieving the full pose.
