This is the upper-body workout your body will thank you for! This low-impact class is focused on building strength and challenging your upper body and core through non-stop, compound movements. You’ll warm up first by opening up your chest, shoulders, and arms, then move right into exercises like Unsupported Rows, Push-Up to Renegade Rows, and Dead Bugs.
