About the Series

BodyStrong is a month-long plan to dramatically strengthen and tone your whole body. It's filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will isolate and engage the muscles in your arms, legs, abs, and booty! As we progress through the month, we’ll activate your entire body, leaving you feeling great in your own skin!

I was never strong and it has taken me years to gain the strength and awareness I have today. This series is filled with all of the exercises, tips and techniques that have helped me and ones I know will work for you! I wish something like this had been around when I was looking to build and advance my practice!

What sets this series apart is its method. Rather than working the muscle up until it begins to burn, we will actually work to muscle exhaustion and continue through the burn, so that you get the most out of your workout! And because we revisit the classes over a full month, you will get familiar with the movements and can focus on developing body awareness.

This series isn’t about getting big or bulky, rather it’s about developing long, lean muscles with specifically targeted exercises. I’m so proud of this program and am so excited to help you bring your strength and practice to the next level!

After this series I'm not only stronger in body, I am also stronger in mind. I am more focused, more determined, and happier with myself inside and out than I have ever been. I can't thank Ashley enough for inspiring me to make such a positive life change and can't wait to see where this takes me! She is such a humble and encouraging teacher! At the beginning, I could barely keep up with her, but by the end I couldn't believe how much strength I had gained. I know it's just videos, but it really felt like she was on this journey with me.

The flows are really challenging, but that is what makes you stronger – pushing yourself! Ashley’s cues and explanations are great and she knows how to make the workouts fun! I am really proud to have finished BodyStrong because I struggled at the beginning to get through the workouts without taking breaks, but in my final week I finished without taking one! I definitely feel stronger after completing this program and will continue to use this plan! Thanks Ashley!!

Although I'm so happy with how strong I am and how toned my body is, I think the best part about this plan is how much more connected I feel to my body, especially my core. The workouts were hard, but I stuck with the program and I've never been stronger! Ashley gives amazing cues on internal engagement, which pushed me to get the most out of each workout. My regular yoga practice has noticeably improved since doing BodyStrong, and I feel more confident because of it!

BodyStrong is fantastic on multiple levels! I have numerous injuries, and Ashley's plan helped me safely build strength while maintaining solid alignment. As a teacher, I love her cues and emphasis on correct form. Her sweet personality made it easier to keep pushing even when the exercises were tough! In addition to all of the strength benefits, I think the plan really helps to create long and lean muscles – I've received compliments since starting the plan :)
