Day 2: 15 min HIIT

Today is our first HIIT-focused workout. Let’s get sweaty!

We’ll do 4 different exercises, each being performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. We’ll repeat this four times.

Remember to start small – begin with the modified options if they work best for you right now. We are only in week 1, so keep in mind that integrity of movement is most important. You will have time to build the intensity over the next month, so don’t go too hard too fast.
