About the Series

These flows will nourish your soul and leave you feeling physically and mentally fulfilled. You'll savor each moment and move with delicious intention. This series was filmed in the jungle so that as you link breath with movement, you will connect to something deeper and taste the beauty of the universe.

The integrated sequencing in each of the five classes will guide you through a variety of themes meant to ground you, invigorate you, and release your inner sweetness. Each flow cultivates its own powerful energy, allowing you to step away from your mat feeling good and re-centered. They are less about achieving postures; rather you'll focus on feeling rooted, strengthened and cleansed in both body and mind.

I created this series so you can develop a deeper appreciation for each moment and feel for yourself the richness of this human experience.

Meghan’s yoga style is a unexpected blend of strong and playful. Her flows embody curiosity, complexity, and whimsy to inject lighthearted deliciousness into sequences that are often times quite physically challenging.

Like any recipe, she believes there must be just the right amount of all the ingredients to produce the most epic flavor. When she teaches, she mixes herself with all other unpredictable and delicious ingredients to co-create with the universe and be a part of something grand.

Meghan regularly tours around the globe teaching yoga workshops, retreats and festivals. She believes that every student is also everyone's teacher.
