Day 10: Extended Side Plank Drills

DESCRIPTION

Build strength and balance in this short flow focused on moving from Low Lunge Twist to Side Plank, eventually working into full Side Plank with the big-toe grab. You’ll work on opening and strengthening your inner and outer hips as well as your hamstrings. This class builds off of the Tabletop Drills class.
