DESCRIPTION
Drop in to this vinyasa class designed to ground, stabilize, and invigorate your hips & legs. You’ll feel your lower body working through familiar strength building poses such as warrior II and side plank, and build flexibility through extended holds and stretches. Amidst the standing postures in this class, you’ll use purposeful pranayama techniques and longer holds to build you up to a peak, and then roll down into deep hip opening stretches at the end of practice.
