DESCRIPTION
You’ll feel stronger by the end of this 10-minute session featuring dumbbells and fast movements. The first half of class focuses on three moves — a Deadlift, Two-Hand Clean, and Push Press — slowly tacking on more reps with each round. The last half of class, you’ll be doing a different sequence of weighted exercises, squeezing in as many reps as possible until the clock stops to amp up the cardio.
