About the Series

Increase your flexibility by building heat and strength. Each class in this series explores stability and reduces muscle resistance through targeted exercises designed to increase your range of motion.

In this series you will:

This series offers a unique, well-rounded approach to increase flexibility, mobility, and strength by intentionally building heat and then releasing tension through stretching. In it, you'll be guided through isolated movements to release tension and improve muscle memory.

Each 30-minute class focuses on a different area of the body, allowing you to move through them all or pick and choose where you would like to stretch and strengthen. Through focusing on your back, shoulders, legs, and hips, you will increase your flexibility while gaining full-body control. Practitioners wrap up this series with a holistic rejuvenation class, offering a detailed guide to releasing tension and renewing your entire body.

As you move deeper into your physical practice, creating flexibility with intention, focus, patience, and strength is essential. Whether you are hoping to loosen tight muscles or steady hypermobile joints, this comprehensive set of classes will help you stretch, stabilize, and strengthen!

Strongly rooted in ashtanga, Melini Jesudason's style is a dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing, alignment-focused asana, and playful inversions. She was introduced to yoga at a young age as her mother was an avid ashtangi and her aunt a renowned teacher in Australia, however it wasn't until years later that Melini began taking classes consistently and fell in love with the practice.

Born in Tokyo and raised in New York, Sydney, and Singapore, she initially returned to the US for college and to kickoff her career in investment banking before she found her true passion in yoga. Her dedication to her personal practice and to teaching is clearly evidenced by over 900 hours of training, including a 300-hour advanced yogic studies certification, hatha and ashtanga teacher trainings, and more.

Melini's classes will challenge you to take your practice even deeper both on and, most importantly, off the mat.
