About the Series

Fit15's quick yet effective workouts give you the fitness burst your looking for – in less than 15 minutes! Each of the eight classes is short enough to fit into the busiest schedule and can be easily mixed and matched with my other workouts as a great cardio finisher to your existing routine.

Interval training is one of the most efficient ways to work up a sweat and tone your entire body. Every class in this series focuses on a particular body part and we will work each muscle groups to exhaustion before taking quick rests to stretch and recover before getting back at it!
