Let’s get upside down! This 30-minute vinyasa class will help you become stronger and more confident in your handstands. This sequence incorporates a full-body warm-up and useful drills to help strengthen your inversion practice.

Adell Bridges is an international yoga teacher and certified health coach. As a former gymnast, she first found yoga at the recommendation of a physical therapist to deal with past injuries. What began as a physical practice turned into a lifestyle that provided balance and healing for her body and mind. Since discovering the transformative power of yoga, she has made it her mission to share it with the world.

With just her mat and a suitcase, Adell travels all over the globe to teach her fun, fluid style of yoga. Her athletic, vinyasa-based flows are informed by her gymnastics background and she loves to incorporate arm balances and inversions into her routine.

Since completing her 200-hour teacher training at Trimurti School of Yoga in Dharamkot, India, she has become a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received training in prenatal yoga. Adell believes yoga is a powerful tool for peace and aims to share it with as many people as possible.
