You’ll build heat with Sun Salutations and standing poses; hone your focus with arm balances like Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Bhujapidasana, and Flying Crow; and loosen up with deep backbends like King Pigeon and Wheel, with optional Headstand and Shoulderstand to close out class. If you’re working on dropbacks, jumpbacks, jumpthroughs, and binds, you’ll find opportunities to weave those in throughout class.
