DESCRIPTION

Now that you have the full pushup, Level 3 is all about optimizing how pressing with your shoulders works in your pushup.

Instead of placing your fingers facing forward, flip the hands so they are facing back. This is called blocking movement. Flip you hands and place them flat on the ground. Then perform the same pushup you did earlier.

Allow your shoulder to travel forward and for your forearm to remain vertical. If that doesn't feel comfortable right away, just start by practicing the descent.
