DESCRIPTION
For Level 2 we will focus on dropping our hips down as low as we can.
1) Your hands should remain on the ground
2) Start with hip width apart and try to bring the knee to full flection before standing back up.
3) As you hinge to touch the ground, try to keep your arms in-between your legs.
4) Once you hit the bottom position, drop your hips as low as you can.
5) Then rise with your hips and stand tall again.
