DESCRIPTION

In this level we'll start with our arms overhead, and finish in full flexion with our chin over the bar.

1) Your hands should be in a chinup position. This is the same position we had in our pushup. The same principles apply.

2) If the bar is thin enough, make sure that your thumb is wrapped around

3) Bring your pinky knuckle over the bar

4) Hop on a bar, and see if you can hang in this position and feel comfortable in that position.

5) Bring your chin over the bar

6) Make sure that your body remains tight as your perform this movement. The tighter it is, there is a natural angle when you're hanging. That's what you're looking for.
