DESCRIPTION

Now we're ready to eliminate the back leg in the movement completely.

As you step back, instead of pointing your toe, pick your foot off of the ground. From there, lean forward and try to stand up. This takes a fair amount of strength.

1) Learn forward with a slight turn and twist into the leg you're standing up with

2) It's ok if back knee has to drag forward a bit in order to stand up as long as your foot is flat on the ground the entire time.

3) From there stand up and finish.

If you can do that try to balance one leg and perform the movement.
