DESCRIPTION
Now that you understand the basic pulling mechanics with an overhand grip, we'll start to work on the kip to create momentum on a set of rings.
1) Place your feet on a box, and relax. You'll find a closed, flexed body position.
2) From there, extend your body in the opposite direction so that the hips are extended.
3) Once you have that, add a little speed. Snap to the top position quickly, and control down.
4) Then add a little pull. Bring your hips up first then finish with the row.
