DESCRIPTION
We're working on kipping dips, and now we'll start working with an unstable surface, such as the rings.
1) Start in your tuck position with your feet on the ground.
2) When you're at the bottom, allow your feet to come behind you.
3) Drive the knees forward and up, and allow that to start lifting you up.
4) When you have that, start practicing pressing out and to the side. Drive the knees, lock out, and drop down.
This is now taking me up to the top of the dip, but don't worry about holding the support. Just drop down after you get to the top.
