DESCRIPTION
Now we're working on the handstand pushup and well start by using the wall.
1) Start from the ground in a pushup position
2) Walk your feet up to a 45 degree angle. Measure this by starting in a plank and walk yourself up as high as you can. This is your finishing position.
3) Start in a headstand, and extend the legs
4) Fall and push to meet the wall.
5) Walk yourself down and repeat the motion.
