Rolling Pistol Progression 2

In this level instead of standing with our feet together, we'll stand up in the shape of a lunge and work on unilateral loading.

What we're going to do is perform the same candlestick roll, but on our way up, we'll form a "figure-4" in the legs that will allow us to create a lunge.

1) Roll back, and make a figure four with one foot under our leg. Then take a seat.

2) Next perform the same situp as we did in the candle stick roll, except this time with the the figure four position.

3) From your situp position, adopt the lunge position.
