DESCRIPTION
Now we're going to inch our way towards the wall and get more vertical in our handstand pushup against a wall.
1) Get as close to the wall as you can in a wide stand.
2) Bend over and get into tripod position.
3) Feet on your elbows.
4) Ascend with the knees and explode straight up.
Here the beauty is that I can actually descent to my tripod without having to crawl my way down the wall.
