I have insecurities just like everyone else. I am not immune to self-doubt or negative self-talk. We are all the same. But the next time you begin to talk bad about yourself there is someone out there who thinks you're perfect. Someone out there who cares for you, supports you, loves you as you are – even on your “bad days.” And it’s important to remember this and those people especially on those off days.
Aubry is an LA-based yoga instructor whose personal practice is heavily influenced by mindfulness and meditation. She believes that weaving these elements into the asana breaks down the ego, opens one’s heart, and invites a new sense of joy to life.
