Day 19: Failure Is Okay

DESCRIPTION

On days when you wake up feeling blah or are having an off day, acknowledge it but then make a conscious decision to give the day your all. Take what you’ve learned from these mediations and apply them as best you can. Get some fresh air, find movement, meditate, eat clean, stretch, maybe even do some cleaning. Declutter your mind and know that a shift in perspective is a shift in your reality!
