Christa’s Bio

Christa Janine is a life coach, podcast host, and health and wellness professional who has taught yoga and group fitness for a decade and counting. She is passionate about empowering others to live their most authentic lives and promoting growth over perfection.

Growing up as an active person who played sports, Christa began to use fitness as movement therapy to support her mental health. In 2010, she found the life-changing practice of yoga and meditation. Tapping into this mind-body connection allowed her to begin to heal from the past and set her on her true course for the future. She created the Trauma & Triumph podcast to share the stories of others who have been on similar journeys and transformed their experiences into success.

As a 500-hour E-RYT certified yoga instructor, Christa has expertise in various types of yoga. She specializes in HIIT flows, which combine intense exercises using weights with grounded, controlled movements of yoga. She is a motivating instructor both on and off the mat, giving you the power to work through any physical or mental obstacles alongside her.
