Day 23 - Death by Broad Jumps

DESCRIPTION

A) 3 sets of max unbroken Pushups
-Do as many pushups as you can without resting.
-Do this 3 times, with 1 minute of rest between sets.

B) Death by Broad Jumps (capped at 15 mins.)
-On minute 1, complete 1 Broad Jump (as far as possible) and rest until minute 2. On minute 2, complete 2 Broad Jumps and rest until minute 3. On minute 3, complete 3 Broad Jumps and rest until minute 4.
-Continue this pattern until you can't complete the necessary amount of Broad Jumps during the minute, or until you've reached 15 minutes, whichever comes first.
*These will start out very easy, and will get difficult quickly.
