Known in Sanskrit as "Surya Namaskara", this well-known sequence awakens the body and clears the mind, and provides a strong foundation for backbends, handstands, and an array of hip-opening poses. With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.

Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
