About the series

This 30-day series incorporates Vinyasa flows, healing restorative sequences, mudras, and a reflective meditation to amplify your inner beauty and grace. It consists of 6 classes, each focusing on a different aspect of building inner strength.

Inner Strength isn't about looks or achieving a specific pose; rather it's about shedding baggage to find harmony, peace, and inner strength — and then bringing that strength and freedom into your life both on and off the mat!

This series will help you become a more conscious, soulful, and open person. You’ll learn to synchronize your body and breath to better connect with your movements, cleanse and wring the body and mind with twists, backbend your way into embracing vulnerability and openness, and ignite your practice on a more physical level with arm balance variations and core work.

Faith Hunter is a global yoga instructor who has a passion for beauty, movement, love, and soul freedom.

She is a New York City-based Yoga instructor & global traveler sprinkled with a dash of Louisiana charm. Faith began her life long love affair with yoga in the early 90s as a way to cope as her beloved brother Michael was dying from a complication related to AIDS. Through meditation and mindfulness Faith was able to release her fears and experience an awakening from within. From that day forward, she committed herself to sharing these practices with the world.

Always eager to learn, explore, and share, Faith is an inspiring and generous mentor to yoga practitioners of all skill levels.
