DESCRIPTION

Get some air time with Inverted Flow. This 45-minute vinyasa class will strengthen and lengthen your body to prepare you to invert on your mat. You’ll engage your core and work through stabilizing postures to help you find a strong foundation and alignment for your basic inversions, such as forearm stand and handstand.
