DESCRIPTION

The final class in this 31-day series is a true culmination of the strength, flexibility, and core awareness you’ve gained in previous classes. Today, you’ll practice frog hops and straddle hops in the middle of the room. Practicing these movements takes courage, and that courage can sometimes be the hardest part of the journey to handstand. Have faith in your abilities and let your them shine as you hop, float, and fly.
