About the Series

In this plan, you will use yoga connected with breath to release habitual tension that no longer serves you. Busy-minded people carry around worries, fear, and anxiety, and these classes create a sacred space to let go of these old patterns to become more peaceful and present in our lives. The goal is to create an outlet for stress that enables you to boost your mood, increase your energy, and leave your mat feeling great.

Let Go comprises 8 intention-focused classes that range in length from 15-45 minutes, which are used to dedicate your practice to what you are trying to release. Physically, classes focus on releasing tension where we hold it the most: the neck, shoulders, back body, hamstrings, and hips. Mentally, each session focuses on a unique mood, helping you let go of the things that are plaguing you. From “Sleep Well” to “Fearless,” Briohny shapes each flow with an intention, allowing the practitioner to address what they are feeling and let go of negative mental energy.
