Day 18: Standing Abs & Flow

DESCRIPTION

This workout is like three classes in one. You’ll start on your feet with exercises like Standing Bicycles before getting on the floor for an invigorating ab workout. You’ll move into a yoga flow that stretches out your hips with Half Splits and Revolved Lizard Lunge, finishing with a minute-long Plank.
