DESCRIPTION

Explore the beauty of compassion through a traditional practice called loving-kindness, or Metta. In this meditation class, you’ll first focus on your breath to invite the natural clarity of your mind, then move on to dwell within a space of warm-heartedness. You’ll repeat a series of well wishes to interact with those you bring to mind, allowing the fundamental nature of your heart to shine forth. By putting positivity out into the universe this way, you’ll feel it come back to you tenfold.
