Day 3: Balancing in Headstand

In this practice will play with three different variations of Headstand. Notice how slow I’m entering the poses – let your movements and effort be simple, but also very connected.

If at any point you want to pause the video to keep working on a variation, by all means do! Creating a solid base with your body is key to your headstand – it’s the structure that you’re building yourself upon so it needs to be strong!
