Welcome to Day 1!

Today we’ll begin by playing with forearm balance and various ways to get into the pose.

For those working on their inversion journey, focusing on Dolphin pose will help you stabilize the shoulders in new ways and build solid shoulder strength.

Remember that today is day 1. Don’t expect to reach the full variations right away. Simply go as far as you are able today and know that progress is on its way as long as you keep at it and have patience!
