This is your recovery day routine! You will repeat these exercises throughout each trimester. Our focus in this class is mobility and flexibility to keep you feeling good!
We will use a towel for some of the exercises.
Warm- Up
1. Cat/ Cow
2. Hip flexor stretch + mid back rotation
3. Squat + overhead reach
4. Stationary lateral lunges
1A. Neck rotations
2A. Thoracic spine mobilization
3A. Mid-back squeezes
4A. Pelvic rock
1B. Opposite arm/leg reach + tuck
2B. Kneeling mid-back rotations
3B. V-sit towel stretch
4B. Butterfly stretch
Cool Down
1. Neck circles
2. Childs pose + 3-way reach
3. Back + hip stretch
