Pilates Side Lying Burn

DESCRIPTION

Short but effective, this Pilates class activates your outer glutes while also working your obliques and inner thighs. Using only a resistance band, you’ll do standing work on the mat to burn out your glutes before going into side-lying moves like Clamshells and Leg Lifts. Then, you’ll repeat the same movements to even out the other side.
