Combining yoga and sculpt movements, this power class challenges your upper body by adding ankle weights to your wrists or holding light dumbbells. You’ll power through three targeted sequences: one for the biceps, one for the triceps, and one for the shoulders. This short weighted flow packs a punch, giving you everything you need to feel accomplished in just 20 minutes.
